Coordinates, coaches and motivates his subordinates,through the appropriate training, development, management of performance andsalary progression to ensure that staff have the appropriate knowledge, skillsand support that will help them perform effectively and contribute to theachievement of the departments desired short and long-term objectives. Participates in the development, submission and uponapproval implementation of the departments budget, supports its accurateexecution, identifies cost saving opportunities and proposes corrective actionsin case of deviations, in order to ensure compliance with set targets.
