Position based at Regional Office. Experience of central procurement preferred. Job Description Developing sourcing strategies & helping to source alternative items. Regularly contacting subcontractors to renegotiate the prices. Resolving disputes and claims with the subcontractors. Promoting best practice across the company and follow the company rules & regulations, integrity policies. To develop new subcontractors based on capability, quality, and reliability. Maintain relationships and negotiate with subcontractors. Interacting with all officials for a smooth procurement. (Site, R.O and H.O officials). Present Monthly savings report to higher management with respect to budget. Resolving all subcontracting related issues, Audit compilations, explanations to the authority. Sourcing the most competitively priced materials and reviewing tenders and bids- support to tender department to get minimum price to get projects. Making comparative statement & taking approval from all authorities. Prepare work order to subcontractors, WO receipt acknowledgement , follow up for material delivery , coordination with site authorities & subcontractors. Key competencies: Working Experience in SAP. Techno-commercial capabilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with accuracy and deliver in tight timelines Process-oriented. Transparency and Professional Integrity.
