This position involves strategizing and executing placement initiatives, developing strong corporate partnerships, and enhancing students' employability. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to employer engagement, student counseling, and industry networking to ensure successful placements. Roles & Responsibilities: Employer Engagement & Corporate Relations Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with top-tier companies for student placements. Identify hiring needs of corporate partners and align student profiles accordingly. Organize campus recruitment drives, industry interactions, and placement tie-ups. Represent the organization in industry forums, networking events, and corporate meetings. Student Placement, Counselling & Career Support Provide mandatory pre-joining and post-joining counseling to students, ensuring they have a clear understanding of placement opportunities and the roadmap of their course. Guide students through the placement process, including resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills enhancement. Ensure smooth execution of pre-placement profiling, internships, and final placements. Maintain student databases and track placement progress with regular reporting. Collaborate with trainers and faculty to enhance students' industry readiness. Student counseling pre-joining and post-joining is mandatory, providing them with proper knowledge about placements and a roadmap of the course. Market Research & Strategic Planning Conduct market research to identify emerging job trends and employer expectations. Develop innovative placement strategies to increase hiring opportunities. Analyze placement data and generate insights for continuous improvement. Operational & Administrative Responsibilities Monitor and streamline placement processes across different program verticals. Ensure compliance with all placement-related documentation and reporting. Take on additional responsibilities as required by the organization. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline. Minimum 6 years of experience in skill placement, recruitment, or corporate relations . Strong network of corporate contacts with proven ability to establish hiring partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Team Management : Lead and manage a team, especially for senior-level placements.
