Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a student counsellor. The student counsellor will be responsible for providing mentoring, career counselling, and guidance services. The role involves communicating effectively with students, offering a proper addressal system, and working closely with educational institutions to support student needs. The candidate must be responsible for student mobilisation.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Manage and organise students data
• Conducting mentor sessions
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Should network with institutions and communities to mobilise students.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
