Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Student Counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding students towards both language training programs and overseas education opportunities. Your goal will be to provide expert advice, conduct engaging sessions, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Student Counseling: Offer guidance on overseas study destinations, university admissions, visa processes, and suitable language courses (German/IELTS) tailored to student goals.
✔ Webinars & Seminars: Lead informative and engaging online/offline sessions for students and parents.
✔ Sales & Conversions: Convert leads into enrollments for both language training and study abroad services, ensuring monthly targets are achieved.
✔ Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
✔ Market Awareness: Stay updated on study destination trends, visa updates, and language exam requirements.
✔ Team Collaboration: Coordinate with language trainers, admissions staff, and marketing team to ensure a seamless student experience.
