Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and subject-expert Doubt Faculty for JEE (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) who will be responsible for resolving student queries through one-on-one support. The ideal candidate must have a strong command over the subject, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students succeed in competitive exams like JEE Main and Advanced. Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt and accurate solutions to students' subject-related doubts. Resolve conceptual and numerical queries through online/offline doubt sessions (chat, video, or in-person). Maintain high levels of subject clarity and simplify complex topics for better student understanding. Track and analyze frequently asked doubts to provide feedback to content and teaching teams. Prepare detailed and well-explained solutions for common student queries and upload them to the doubt resolution platform (if applicable). Collaborate with the academic and mentoring teams to improve the overall learning experience. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science/Engineering with specialization in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics. Prior experience in JEE coaching (Main/Advanced) preferred. Strong conceptual clarity in the subject and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.
