Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide career counseling to students on various courses offered by Simplilearn.
Conduct inside sales calls to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
Develop business relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the education sector.
Collaborate with other teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in student advisory, counseling, or a related field.
Strong understanding of edtech industry trends and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts (6 pm - 3 am).
Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management.
