Key Responsibilities: Oversee the complete lifecycle of hospitality construction projects with a focus on planning, scheduling, cost management, and quality assurance. Additional certification or degree in Project/Construction Management from NICMAR or a reputed institute preferred. Proven expertise in the end-to-end delivery of at least five hotel/resort projects. Strong knowledge of Project Management Processes and construction lifecycle. Excellent understanding of civil, structural, MEP, interiors, and landscaping works. Experience in high-end interior and exterior finishes. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel extensively and stay at remote project sites as required.
