Job Title:

Structural Engineer

Experience

: 4 to 10 Years

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Engineer with 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in railway infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and reviewing structural elements such as bridges, platforms, substructures, and overhead structures, ensuring compliance with railway standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analysis of structural components for railway projects (bridges, station structures, culverts, retaining walls, etc.).

• Preparation and review of design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

• Ensure structural designs comply with Indian Railways, RDSO, and IRC/IS codes.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, geotechnical, and construction engineers.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural conditions and supervise implementation.

• Review contractor submissions and provide technical support during construction.

• Prepare design reports, calculations, and documentation for approvals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

• 4 to 10 years of experience in structural design, preferably in railway or infrastructure sector.

• Proficiency in structural design software (STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, etc.).

• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (IS, IRC, IRS, RDSO).

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
