Role & responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans for interior fitout of retail stores. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Ensure all project activities are executed as per the schedule and within budget. Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of work. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Address any issues or defects promptly to maintain project integrity. Finishing Activities: Manage all types of finishing activities including POP, gypsum, false ceilings, painting, tiling, marble installation, grinding, Flooring, light fixing, faade, kitchen installation and waterproofing. Ensure the finishing work meets the aesthetic and functional requirements of the project. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation including plans, schedules, and reports. Preferred candidate profile Experience in managing projects for high-end retail outlets such as apparel stores, hotels, jewelry shops, and coffee shops. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Engineering ,Interior design, Architecture Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in project management for interior fit out, especially in retail outlets. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously across various locations. Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and techniques. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to travel extensively across India.
