Apply drafting standards consistently across all drawings and maintain drawing templates. Ensure timely delivery of drawings with attention to detail and quality. Preferred Candidate Profile Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience specifically in RCC structural drafting . Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2D drafting (not architectural). Solid understanding of rebar detailing and civil/structural drafting standards. Strong ability to read structural drawings and understand construction elements. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
