Role & respon Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential and existing clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities to provide relevant solutions. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals and providing post-sales support. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Product Knowledge & Solutions: Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of our products/services, features, benefits, and pricing. Articulate the value proposition of our offerings effectively and address client inquiries and concerns. Recommend appropriate solutions to clients based on their specific needs and business goals. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients through various channels. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets to the sales management team. Actively participate in team meetings and share insights, best practices, and market feedback. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and product updates through continuous learning and professional development.
