Responsibilities Lead a team of streaming support engineers to provide high-quality technical support for streaming services. Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues reported by customers in a timely manner. Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and technical solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance streaming services and implement improvements. Monitor system performance and implement best practices to ensure optimal streaming experiences. Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their technical skills and customer service abilities. Skills and Qualifications 3-7 years of experience in technical support or related field, preferably in streaming services. Strong understanding of streaming protocols (RTMP, HLS, DASH) and video codecs. Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues and understanding of network configurations. Experience with cloud services and content delivery networks (CDNs). Knowledge of monitoring tools and performance metrics related to streaming services.
