Overview of Role You will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team, managing key projects, and driving initiatives critical to the success of our organization - diagnosing challenges, testing solutions, and systemizing wins. Equal parts strategist, operator, and storyteller, youll ensure insights become action and action becomes institutional knowledge. You will report to the Director - Strategy & Ops, and work with various leaders across the company, to prioritize and drive several internal and external initiatives across product, UA, GTM, org & governance, partnerships, etc. You ll have a strong role in shaping the Gameberry Labs strategic direction and specific product interventions. Responsibilities: Diagnose multi-game challenges (e. g. , slipping retention, monetization gaps) Transform analytics into actionable business recommendations ( utilizing various tools to uncover player behavior insights ) Lead pilots with game teams to test solutions (e. g. , new reward mechanics) & convert winning strategies into repeatable playbooks (GTM, live ops, UA) Problem solve and develop proof points for various strategic directions like IAP vs ads, live ops models, whale management, focus geos, etc. Identify / shape product interventions in core games or live ops events which can help in improving monetization and retention. Build concise, compelling presentations & documents, to align stakeholders across functions Implement lightweight tracking for strategic projects & proactively identify/ mitigate risks. Manage senior stakeholder communications and expectations. Build a strong knowledge engine for all global gaming innovations Requirements: 4-6 years in strategy/operations (management consulting, BizOps, or founders office). Experience in gaming, mobile apps, or consumer tech preferred. Strong analytical skills (Excel required; Amplitude / Mixpanel / SQL a plus). Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Passion for fostering a great workplace culture. Experience in executing & delivering value through cross-functional initiatives. MBA or equivalent problem-solving experience preferred.
