Job Description

Job Summary:

Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily floor operations and ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor staff performance and manage floor schedules & break timings.
Drive sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs in store operations.
Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently.
Assist in stock management, replenishment, and inventory checks.
Train and motivate floor staff to meet performance goals.
Coordinate with the Store Manager for smooth daily functioning.
Report daily sales, footfall, and performance metrics.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of apparel products and fashion trends.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Customer-first mindset and problem-solving approach.
Basic understanding of POS systems and inventory tools.
