Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Oversee sales team performance, provide guidance on customer service standards, and resolve customer complaints.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through effective merchandising, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience as Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
Strong knowledge of KPI reporting, SOP management, target management, and customer relationship building.
Excellent communication skills for effective customer handling and calling.

Target Oriented.

Candidate Should be from Retail Background.
