Profile - Store Manager Location - Zirakpur Job Overview: The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring its success through efficient inventory management, staff coordination, store maintenance, and operational optimization. This role requires a strong leadership ability, excellent organizational skills, and an in-depth understanding of retail operations to lead the store towards achieving sales targets and providing an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities : Inventory & Stock Management: Lead the management of stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory control and collaborating with the team to maintain optimal stock availability. Oversee the receiving, inspecting, and organizing of stock to ensure the store remains well-stocked and presentable. Monitor and coordinate the timely replenishment of stock, ensuring items are properly displayed to enhance the customer shopping experience. Store Operations & Administration: Ensure smooth store operations, including managing opening and closing procedures, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and meets business goals. Oversee the store's visual appeal and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff. Lead, train, and manage store staff, ensuring optimal performance, adherence to company policies, and fostering a positive team culture. Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage while maintaining cost control. Handle administrative responsibilities related to store operations, including reporting, inventory tracking, and employee scheduling. Cultivate a positive and collaborative work atmosphere, ensuring the team remains motivated and aligned with store goals. Requirements : Minimum of 6-7 years of experience managing inventory, staff, and operations in a manufacturing or production-based setting. Experience in coordinating between production and retail operations, ensuring the flow of goods from the manufacturing unit to the store. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment, particularly in a manufacturing or production setting. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage both inventory and staff effectively.
