Job Summary:

Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction
• Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain service quality
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards
• Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and report to senior management
• Ensure all billing, cash handling, and daily closing procedures are followed accurately
• Implement promotional activities and support in-store marketing initiatives
• Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff performance

Requirements:

• Graduate or equivalent; additional certification in retail management is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in retail or electronic store management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of electronic appliances and current market trends
• Experience with inventory management and sales reporting
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems
