Job Description:

We’re looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join our team at Azzurra Men’s Wear. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise and motivate the sales team

✅ Drive sales performance to achieve targets

✅ Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships

✅ Maintain inventory levels and ensure attractive displays

✅ Coordinate with the store manager on daily operations

✅ Train and develop sales staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a retail sales role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A passion for fashion and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Knowledge of men’s wear (preferred, but not mandatory)
