Position Summary Handling Material Management & Admin at site. Core Responsibilities Procedures adaption during Materials entry inside site based on client’s requirement. Knowledge in GRN/IR formalities Interface knowledge with Accounts & Stores department Day to day activities Material receipt/issue etc., Maintaining stock register & update on daily basis Documents acknowledgement & forwarding to HO/Project team on regular basis. Gate Pass formalities/supporting site team for material traceability. Material reconciliation on monthly basis Position Requirements FORMAL EDUCATION: Degree KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Above 5 Years TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Stores management Interface knowledge with other disciplines (Civil/E&I) TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: (TIME SPENT AWAY FROM HOME OR OTHER TYPICAL OFFICE LOCATION) More Than 50% (In general site locations only) Gradiant is an equal-opportunity employer.
