Store Executive

Role & responsibilities

Store Sales Associate:

Customer Service:

a) Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.

b) Provide product information, style advice, and assistance with fitting

rooms.

c) Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism

and efficiency.

d) Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat

business.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

a) Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and

upselling.

b) Utilize knowledge of fashion trends and product features to assist

customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

c) Actively participate in sales promotions, events, and initiatives to boost

store revenue.

d) Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.

Merchandising and Stock Management

a) Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.

b) Assist with restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring adequate

inventory levels.

c) Monitor merchandise for quality and report any issues to the management

team.

d) Assist in periodic inventory counts and stock replenishment.

Cash Handling and Transactions:

a) Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS

system.

b) Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment securely.

c) Provide receipts and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

Product Knowledge:

a) Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, product features, and

promotions.

b) Continuously update knowledge of the store's merchandise to assist

customers effectively.

c) Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer

preferences and product demands.

Team Collaboration:

a) Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall store goals.

b) Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address

any issues or concerns.

c) Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Loss Prevention:

a) Monitor and prevent theft by maintaining a vigilant presence on the sales

floor.

b) Adhere to store policies and procedures related to security and loss

prevention.
