Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics is a plus. Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations. Proficiency with dispatch and route planning software. Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
