We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for retail and a focus on operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Oversee daily store operations, including budget management and financial record updates. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment as needed. Requirements: Proven experience in a retail management or similar role. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to make data-driven decisions and improve store performance. Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities. Knowledge of retail best practices and store operations. Proficiency in basic financial and inventory management.
