Required Qualifications ITI / Diploma in electrical / electronics Proficient in Tally inventry (Must), MS Office programs (Word, Excel) Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in kannada. Male / Female Experience Minimum one year experience in stores of electronics manufacturing unit. Brief Job Profile Material planning, PO followup, Materials rec & QC interact, BOM validate & update Kitting for PCB assembly Kitting for UPS assembly Materials issuing, BIN card update, MRS, BIN entry in Tally, Stock taking in main stores, in-process, PCB stores Optional Vendor development Personality skills Pleasing and calm personilty for smooth interdepartment interactions Strong sense of ownership and follow-through High presence of mind Attention to detail. Ability to work in highly time sensitive environment Ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands simultaneously Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly. Excellent vision including the ability to distinguish between colors and varying shades of color. Ability to read screen-printing symbols and component values. Able to comprehend technical data. Objective With minimum stock-achieve maximum sales (without losing orders due to late deliveries) Real-time data of material shortage for purchase planning for production (100% compliance in Tally by entering the product code) Real-time stock Minimum-maximum stock for every item BOM updation-continously Core responsibility Physical stock update in Tally. BOM update (confirmation from engineering head) Proactive co-ordination with Inward QC, Accounts - to ensure smooth process implementation. Suggest continuous improvement on better stock planning and vendor policy by reviewing strategy. Document in compliance with ISO 9001-2015.
