Role & responsibilities We are seeking a skilled and experienced STIBO Developer to join our dynamic team . The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining STIBO Master Data Management solutions to enhance our business processes' efficiency and data quality. Technical and Professional Requirements- Min 5 years experience in technical development, configuration and custom development of Stibo STEP modules. Should have good understanding of Product and Customer MDM. Should have driven few Stibo PIM End-To-End implementations and strong exposure to STEP Data model, workflows and STEP configurations., Develop, customize, and deploy STIBO MMStudio solutions according to project requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data management needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. Design, implement, and maintain data models, taxonomies, data rules, and workflows within STIBO MMStudio. Conduct system integrations with other enterprise applications using STIBO APIs and SDKs. Perform data migration activities from legacy systems to STIBO. Ensure data quality and governance standards are met through effective use of STIBO tools. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the STIBO environment. Participate in testing phases and ensure solutions meet quality standards. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to data management processes and STIBO implementations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience as a STIBO Developer or similar Master Data Management role. Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and practices. Proficiency in STIBO MMStudio, including data modeling, workflow design, and rule development. Experience with API and SDK integration. Knowledge of data migration processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Location- Local to HYD Experience Range- Total 7.5+ relevant -5+ Note- Mandatory Skill are highlighted in Yellow. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement MDM solutions using Stibo STEP platform. Configure STEP data models, workflows, business rules, and user interfaces. Create and maintain import/export mappings for integrating with upstream and downstream systems. Develop customizations using Java/Groovy scripts within the STEP platform. Implement data quality rules and exception handling mechanisms. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into STEP configurations. Optimize STEP performance and manage STEP upgrades/patches. Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM platform. Strong understanding of MDM concepts : data modeling, hierarchies, governance, workflows. Experience with XML, JSON, SQL , and integration tools. Knowledge of Groovy/JavaScript scripting for business logic implementation. Familiarity with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ESB). Experience with data quality and governance frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with product information management (PIM) or customer MDM domains. Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies. Certification in Stibo STEP (if available). Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) for MDM hosting.
