Job Title: Steward – Customer Engagement Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month Work Type: Full-Time | 6 Days a Week Role Overview: We are hiring a well-groomed, customer-oriented Steward for our Anna Nagar outlet under the Mana brand. The ideal candidate should be confident, have a pleasant appearance, and be passionate about engaging with customers to enhance their in-store experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and interact with customers courteously and warmly Engage in meaningful, polite conversation to build customer rapport Upsell and cross-sell menu items at the counter Understand and communicate customer preferences to the team Promote featured products and new launches Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism at all times Requirements: Must have completed Hotel Management Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English Pleasant personality and attractive voice Confident, enthusiastic, and approachable Prior experience in customer-facing F&B roles preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Can you join immediately?
