Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:  Greet guests and assist them in finding seats, providing menus, and explaining daily specials.  Serve food and beverages as per standard service procedures.  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas, tables, cutlery, and crockery.  Set up dining tables and buffets as per the event or service requirement.  Clear tables promptly after guests finish meals.  Replenish items such as water, condiments, and napkins.  Coordinate with kitchen staff and ensure timely food delivery.  Follow health and safety regulations and hotel policies.  Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events.  Attend briefings and training sessions as required. Requirements:  Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.  Prior experience in a similar role preferred (not mandatory).  Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.  Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.  Team player with a positive and respectful attitude.  Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
