Should have practical experience in handling Seed cultures, preparing cell banks, conducting Fermentation and Downstream Activities, including Centrifugation, TFF, Chromatography, and filtration techniques. Must have experience in a team leadership role, managing a team of at least 10-15 members. Should also be well-versed in Quality Management Systems, including Risk Assessment, Deviations, Change Controls, and CAPA. Should have experience with regulatory audits, ideally with 3-5 years in this area.

Roles and Responsibilities Maintain Proper Inventory of surgical instruments & also update the usage of records, breakage records (if any) from the time to time. Ensure the check on instruments proper usage to avoid any damages. Ensure all technicians follow the SOP's strictly in the department. Check records of steam sterilizer, Plasma & ETO gas sterilizer from time to time. Verify Physical & chemical & Biological monitoring are done properly. Indent to be processed for requirements of any instruments from time to time. Arrange duty roster for the staff and updating the of stocks on a day-today consumption. Ensure that the sterile items reach the end user in proper condition. Keep proper records for the Machines-calibration certificates To ensure the quality of water used for the machines are as per required norms. Make sure that all staff are familiar with SOP's & follow the same. Re allocate duties to staff as per department requirement. Supervise the documentrary procedures and completion of documentation in time. Quality monitoring & record keeping maintenance. Replenish such instruments sent for repairs to see it that the work does not suffer at the user end. To comply with quality & standards. Knowledge of JCI/NABH regulations & Standards. Computer Skills. Infection control practices & Procedures.
