Is looking for TIG and MIG welder Salary :- 22,000 /- Net take home Job description Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings : Understanding design specifications, welding symbols, and material requirements to plan welding operations accordingly. Fabricating and assembling structural components : Cutting, shaping, fitting, and joining metal sections (like beams, columns, and plates) using TIG and MIG welding techniques. Operating and maintaining welding equipment : Setting up TIG and MIG welding machines, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards, and performing routine maintenance. Performing welding operations : Executing precision welds on various metals, such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, maintaining clean and precise welds, and ensuring adherence to specifications. Quality control and inspection : Inspecting completed welds for adherence to standards, identifying and addressing defects, and conducting necessary repairs or adjustments. Adhering to safety protocols : Following safety guidelines and procedures at all times, wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Collaborating with teams : Working effectively with engineers, project managers, and other welders to meet project timelines and specifications. Troubleshooting : Identifying and resolving welding-related issues during fabrication and repair processes . Shift Time :- 7 am to 3 pm 3 pm to 11 pm 11pm to 7 am Gender :- Male Age :- 18- 30 Additional Benefits :- Insurance , Over time (Rs. 127 per hour) , Subsidise food (Rs. 19 per meal) , Transportation facility , Provident Fund (PF) , Annual Bonus Rs 7000/- above salary .
