Utilizing the company's CRM system efficiently is another crucial aspect of your role. Managing student records, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless communication will be essential tasks. Maintaining accurate and updated data for reporting and follow-ups will help in providing excellent service to students. Staying updated on changes in admission procedures, visa policies, and immigration rules will be necessary to provide up-to-date information to students. Building a strong knowledge base about partnered universities and their programs will also be beneficial in guiding students effectively. Representing the company in international visits to partnered universities and events will provide you with travel opportunities, allowing you to strengthen business relationships on a global scale. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in any discipline, preferably related to education or counselling, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in overseas education counselling or a similar role. A strong understanding of admissions, visa procedures, and immigration regulations is required, along with proficiency in profile-based university shortlisting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM applications, and basic knowledge of social media marketing are also essential.
