Role & responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Python and relevant RPA tools. Automate processes related to statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, and TAX portal activities (e.g., ESIC generation, PF UAN generation, PF Challan generation). Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand automation requirements and design effective solutions. Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts and workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with deployed bots to ensure smooth operation. Document automation processes and solutions for future reference and audits Preferred candidate profile 2 to 3 years of experience as an RPA Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in Python programming for automation purposes. Hands-on experience in Selenium, PDF Plumber, Easy OCR, Pillow, Opencv python, Pandas, Numpy . Experience working with statutory portals such as PF, ESIC, and TAX is a plus. Knowledge of RPA tools and frameworks (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is preferred. Good understanding of business processes and automation potential. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
