Role & responsibilities Environmental clearance & Expansion ,Statutory Clearance from State Pollution Control Board & legal required documentation ( consent to established /Operate /Hazardous / Water etc. ) Liasioning with SPCB (Preferable) Experience in Metallurgical industry (Preferable) To ensure Environment and Healthy safety across the entire site and coordinate EHS activities . Responsible of matters relating to site safety inspection , behavior safety observations , safety audits , corporate audits and other external EHS audits . To ensure all necessary EHS related legal compliances are done within the time frame and submitted to statutory bodies like Fire & Safety . Environmental monitoring and analysis of various Environments ( like emission , ambient air quality, noise monitoring , drinking water &waste water etc.). Ensuring that to complying all the statutory compliances , submission of various monthly ,quarterly ,half yearly and yearly returns and plantation reports to statutory authorities. Liasioning with government authorities ,regulatory bodies and other external agencies . Data collection for ESG( Environment ,Sustainability & Governance ). Comprehensive understanding of Environments Rules & Regulations and adopt the changing requirements . Hazardous waste management and solid wasted Management: Environmental Statutory Compliance , monitor & control of EHS parameters ,Environmental , Social and Governance ( ESG ) compliances . Preferred candidate profile Who have previously worked in Environment sector in any Aluminum Plant or any plant and 3-5 years in Environment Clearance and Expansion

Position Name : Project Manager (Underground Coal Mine) Location : Korba Qualification : Graduate / Masters in Mining Engineering with 1st Class certificate for underground mines. Experience : Min. 18 years experience, with min. 10 years experience in underground mines. Job Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible for the planning & execution of the coal mine allocation/ vesting order issued in favour of the company & coal mine production & development agreement (CMPDA) signed by the company with Nominated Authority, Ministry of Coal, Govt. of India. The incumbent has to provide the leadership to project members, co-ordinate with management and project stakeholders to ensure opening of Underground Coal mining Project well within the time as stipulated in performance parameters in said CMDPA of the said coal mine & budget approved by the management for the purpose. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: He will lead all aspects of the greenfield underground Coal Mine - to develop a detailed project plan. ensure successful execution and management of the project which would include project design, erection, commissioning to commercial production & post commissioning operations. This will also include mine planning -approval of statutory Mine Plan, timely obtaining of required regulatory approvals i.e. Forest Clearance, Environment Clearance, CTE/CTO etc. liaising with government bodies such as the Ministry of Coal, CMPDI, Local Administration Coal Controller, State Pollution Control Bored, etc. The role will also involve overseeing geological surveys, land acquisition, CSR initiatives and maintaining positive community relation. Ensure all project expenditure is properly forecast, controlled/ monitored and complete in line with the project budget. Establish project teams coordinate activities of multiple disciplines, ensure the efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff. He will also be responsible for ensuring the health, safety & environmental standards are fully considered in the project execution & measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Coordinate with internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of the project. Fair knowledge on all applicable regulatory permissions & norms is compulsory-

Tech/Diploma(Mechanical/ Civil) Experience : Min. 7+ years experience Job Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible for all type of liasioning including statutory permissions related to Railway crossing Slurry and Water pipelines crossing project and railway siding. Responsibilities & Duties : Good understanding of Railway crossing and siding guidelines pertaining to underground pipeline construction. Hands on experience in getting the nod from Railway authority for pipeline laying and Railway siding. Feasibility survey, detailed survey and engagement of empaneled Railway consultant for survey and different statutory clearance for railway siding and crossing of utilities. Drawing study and coordination of different government Authorities including Railways , Revenue , pollution control and other department. Good Exposure to all type of crossing in railway land and railway siding as per the Guideline and Act. Authentication and approval of drawings from Railway authority of the project. Contract preparation, BOQ preparation and execution of Railway crossing and Siding. Hand holding while execution of pipeline crosses and Railway siding in railway pathway as per stipulated guidelines. Railway Traffic coordination during logistic and transportation. Coordination with team members for land required for crossing and Railway siding. Good Communication with higher officials for all relevant matters. Qualification and Skill set: Any graduate from an institution of repute. Minimum 7 years of experience in related profiles. Person should have good communication and soft skill.
