The role within Niro Money, Data and Analytics team involves translating data into actionable insights to enhance marketing ROI, drive business growth, and improve customer experience for various financial products such as personal loan, home loan, credit card, and insurance. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics and be capable of providing strategic recommendations to key stakeholders and business leaders. You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data analysts and data scientists focused on building decision science models and segmentations to predict customer behaviors. Collaborating with the Partnership & Marketing team, you will conduct marketing experiments to enhance funnel conversion rates. You should also have at least 2 years of experience in managing and leading teams of data analysts and data scientists. Proficiency in statistical model development within financial service industries, including the use of logistic regression/gradient boosting algorithms with Python packages like Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Stats models, or decision tree tools, is essential. Moreover, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in SQL and Python. A proven track record of making data-driven decisions and solving problems based on analytics is necessary. Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS Athena/S3, Redshift, BI Tools like AWS Quicksight is advantageous.
