To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. You should have at least 7 years of experience in optical alignment engineering, with expertise in in-house developed systems or off-the-shelf optical alignment systems. Additionally, you should have 5 years of experience in statistical engineering and familiarity with parametric optimization activities.
