Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Regional Marketing Head Hospitals is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth across multiple hospitals in a defined region. This role will lead regional campaigns, coordinate with hospital units, and ensure alignment with national marketing initiatives while adapting to local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with overall corporate objectives.
  • Analyze regional healthcare trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Localize national campaigns and create region-specific marketing initiatives to drive footfall and brand engagement.

Hospital Marketing Coordination:

  • Work closely with hospital administrators and unit marketing managers to execute marketing plans effectively.
  • Monitor and optimize hospital-specific marketing budgets and ROI.
  • Ensure effective internal communication and alignment with hospital clinical and operations teams.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track KPIs including patient acquisition, service line growth, and brand awareness.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports to senior leadership with actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10–18 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital or service-oriented industries.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, patient behavior, and healthcare marketing regulations.
  • Proven leadership in managing regional or multi-unit marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
