Mandatory Skills : Proven experience in working with State Clients . Hands-on expertise with VMS Portals . Good to Have Skills : Experience with VMS Portals such as Dotstaffing , Covendis , and Vector VMS . Exposure to recruiting for Federal Clients is an added advantage.
