To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and possess a strong knowledge of CAD software, particularly SolidWorks or AutoCAD. Experience or a strong interest in sheet metal tooling and stamping design is preferred. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and teamwork abilities, and the capacity to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential.
