Job Description

Objectives of the function: Process GRN. Unloading Vehicle with zero detention Process Incoming Rejection Role & responsibilities: Daily Operations: Oversee vehicle unloading, verify GRNs, and follow up on discrepancies. Quality Control: Offer materials for IQC and manage quality verification. Store Management: Maintain documentation, conduct BIN and Shelf-Life audits, and ensure FIFO compliance. Subcontracting: Handle materials, generate challans, and reconcile monthly subcontracting. Supplier Rejections: Manage rejections, follow up for credit notes, and take necessary actions. Raw Material Issuance: Monitor and control issuance. Communication and Training: Share information, conduct daily toolbox talks, and train new handlers. Scrap Management: Handle scrap activities, maintain records, and create Eway bills. Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure 6S compliance, conduct MHE condition verification, and close audit points. Preferred candidate profile: Education: ITI / Diploma / Graduation in any stream. Professional skills: SAP, warehouse management systems, Microsoft excel. Professional experience: 3-8 years of Experience in Warehousing & line feeding Operation.
