STAFF NURSE (ICU)

Requirements B.Sc. nursing or GNM. KNMC Registration mandatory. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with at least one year in an ICU setting. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting to critically ill patients. Monitor and record vital signs and patient responses to interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Perform essential nursing procedures and assist with complex medical equipment as needed. Educate patients and their families about post-discharge care and treatment options. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
