Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant Location: Hyderabad (On-site) Experience Required: 4+ (Minimum4 years in Dynamics CRM) Notice Period: Immediate Role Overview As a Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant, you'll translate business requirements into robust, maintainable Dynamics 365 CE solutions. You'll work under the guidance of senior architects to customize and extend the platform, support fullcycle implementations, and help deliver wellarchitected features and also mentor midlevel consultants, and drive complex integrations and DevOps automation. Key Responsibilities 1. Requirement Gathering & Design Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements. Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications. Conduct design reviews and documentation (plugins, workflows, scripts, integrations). 2. Customization & Development Implement custom plugins, workflows, business rules, and form scripting. Use C#, JavaScript, HTML for front-end/back-end CRM customizations. Build Canvas and Model-Driven PowerApps and Power Automate flows. 3. Integration & Data Strategy Integrate Dynamics CE with external systems via Web APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus. Perform data migrations using SSIS or D365 import tools. Architect high-volume data migration frameworks with error handling. 4. Reporting & Analytics Develop SSRS reports and embed Power BI dashboards into CE. Optimize SQL Server queries and support data-driven decision-making. 5. DevOps & CI/CD Participate in Azure DevOps pipeline setup for automated builds and deployments. Use ARM/Bicep templates for Infrastructure as Code. Implement branching strategies, code reviews, and deployment governance. Required Skills & Technologies CRM & Power Platform: Dynamics 365 CE, PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse Programming: C#, JavaScript, HTML, TypeScript/React (PCF) Integration: Web APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus Reporting: SSRS, Power BI Database: SQL Server, T-SQL DevOps: Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Solution Packager Other Tools: SSIS, Git Good to Have Logic Apps, PCF controls, ReactJS Experience in PreSales technical scoping/POCs Prior experience in financials or supplychain domain
