The ideal candidate will have a hands-on background in federation protocols, security policies, and automation. Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID including: User provisioning Enterprise app integration SSO, MFA, Conditional Access B2B and B2C configurations Expertise in SSO protocols: SAML, OpenID/OAuth, WS-Fed Experience with SCIM provisioning and JIT configuration via SAML Hands-on with Cross-Tenant Sync and External Identity Management Familiarity with IAM & IGA concepts Scripting and automation using PowerShell, Shell, Java, or Python Roles & Responsibilities Integrate enterprise applications with Microsoft Entra ID Manage user access to SaaS applications using SAML, WS-FED, OIDC/OAuth Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using Microsoft Authenticator Configure passwordless authentication and Temporary Access Pass (TAP) Support Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) and password protection policies Troubleshoot Sign-in logs, Audit logs, and Conditional Access policies Define and maintain secure access controls based on device, location, and identity Educational Qualification B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or related discipline Skills: sso protocols,b2c configurations,saml,python,iam & iga concepts,saas,scripting,multi-factor authentication,authentication,user provisioning,external identity management,scim provisioning,powershell,java,openid/oauth,sso,conditional access,shell,mfa,b2b configurations,jit configuration,automation,cross-tenant sync,microsoft entra id,ws-fed,enterprise app integration

Roles & Responsibilities: Implement and manage SSO solutions using protocols like SAML and Microsoft Entra ID . Integrate and maintain identity provider platforms such as Okta , Azure AD , or similar. Manage user access , authentication flows , and identity lifecycle across systems. Collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure secure access controls and compliance. Maintain and troubleshoot directory services like Active Directory and LDAP . Monitor system performance, identify vulnerabilities, and support IAM audits. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SSO/IAM engineering roles. Strong knowledge of SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). Experience with identity providers like Okta , Azure AD , etc. Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP). Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
