The President will oversee the financial operations of the non-banking financial company (NBFC) and ensure compliance with insurance regulations. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, managing risk assessment, leading insurance product development, and monitoring financial performance. Core Responsibilities:- • Identify and approach potential investors (equity, debt, VC, PE, etc.) • Create compelling investment pitches and financial models • Negotiate deal terms and execute fundraise transactions • Manage investor relations and reporting • Strategize capital structure and financial planning • Liaise with legal and compliance teams for due diligence Educational Background:- • Preferred Degrees: • MBA (Finance or Strategy) • CA (Chartered Accountant) • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) • Master’s in Finance or related fields • Certifications (optional but helpful): • CFA, CPA, Investment Banking certifications Experience:- • 5–15+ years in investment banking, private equity, VC, or corporate finance • Proven track record of closing funding rounds or raising capital • Experience in the same industry as the company (e.g., tech, real estate, infra)
