Our Export Division focuses on the trade of key minerals such as Barite, Quartz, Manganese, Granite, and Beach Sand Minerals (including Monazite, Ilmenite, Rutile, and Zircon) as well as Iron Ore, serving clients across multiple continents.

In parallel, our Import Division is recognized as one of the top ten importers of CRGO coils in India, sourcing high-grade material from over seven countries, strengthening supply chains for the electrical and transformer industries.

Core Responsibilities:-

• Identify and approach potential investors (equity, debt, VC, PE, etc.)

• Create compelling investment pitches and financial models

• Negotiate deal terms and execute fundraise transactions

• Manage investor relations and reporting

• Strategize capital structure and financial planning

• Liaise with legal and compliance teams for due diligence

Educational Background:-

• Preferred Degrees:

• MBA (Finance or Strategy)

• CA (Chartered Accountant)

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)

• Master’s in Finance or related fields

• Certifications (optional but helpful):

• CFA, CPA, Investment Banking certifications

Experience:-

• 5–15+ years in investment banking, private equity, VC, or corporate finance

• Proven track record of closing funding rounds or raising capital

• Experience in the same industry as the company (e.g., tech, real estate, infra)
