Sr UI Developer - React JS

The responsibilities of this role include designing, developing, and maintaining complex React applications to ensure optimal performance and scalability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as UI/UX, product management, and QA is essential to deliver high-quality products. Writing clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices is a key aspect of the role. Staying updated with the latest React and JavaScript technologies, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing UI/UX trends to enhance user experience are also part of the responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in UI development with a strong focus on UI. Proven experience in leading and mentoring a design team, in-depth knowledge of React, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities are required. Experience with design systems, UI component libraries, and familiarity with technologies such as Redux, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, REST Web API Integration, and Azure PaaS would be advantageous.
