Role and Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for website optimization. Develop, implement & manage comprehensive SEO strategies. Perform competitive analysis to benchmark and understand the SEO strategies of competitors. Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and images, to improve search engine visibility. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs). Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that may impact website performance and search rankings. Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and best practices. Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversion rates. Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and improve search rankings. Work closely with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the website. Conduct regular site audits to ensure the website is free from errors and optimized for search engines. Manage and mentor junior SEO team members. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Experience with technical SEO, including site audits, crawl optimization, and website performance. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
