Sr. SDE - 3 - Node

As an SDE-3 Node - IDSS at our company, you will be responsible for leading the development of scalable microservices for our platform. Your role will involve solving complex engineering challenges, optimizing system architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include designing and building scalable microservices using Node.js for the IDSS platform. You will also lead code reviews and shape team processes to ensure high-quality, efficient development. Additionally, you will own the product lifecycle from requirements to production, making a direct impact on business outcomes. As a mentor, you will guide and support junior developers, driving innovation and technical excellence within the team. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of Node.js experience, with strong skills in microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. You should also possess expertise in Express, SQL/NoSQL/Redis databases, and message brokers like Kafka and RabbitMQ. A strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design is essential. Furthermore, proven leadership skills in mentoring teams and driving successful project delivery are required.
