Strong to maintain rotating and static equipment. Sound knowledge in Pneumatic & Hydraulic system. Knowledge of control & automation will be added advantage. Attending breakdown and resolve it at earliest. Knowledge in MTTR & MTBF Analyze the cause of failure and solve it from the root (Why- Why Analysis). Executing PM in all machine and prepare documentation as per necessary standard. Indigenous spare development, prepare its drawings and necessary documents. Knowledge of AUTOCAD will be added advantage. Upgrading and modifying equipment, implement Kaizen wherever necessary. Need thorough knowledge in SAP PM module. Need to have knowledge in Machine shop/Tool room equipments like- Lathe, Milling, Drill, Surface Grinding etc. Have to do proper spare management of indigenous and imported items and maintain 5S. Need to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Knowledge of TPM/TQM/KAIZEN/POKA-YOKE/SIX SIGMA, SMED, 5S, ROA, ROP, ROQ, OEE, QC, Tact time, production cycle etc. will be added advantage. ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed at all time.
