We are now seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior MIS Executive to join our team and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Job Summary: The Senior MIS Executive will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and presenting data-driven reports and dashboards to assist management in strategic planning and performance monitoring. A key part of the role involves creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate insights and support executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Design and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, inventory, operations, and financial KPIs. Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership and board meetings. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand reporting requirements. Develop dashboards and automation tools using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all reports. Analyses trends and provide actionable insights based on business performance metrics. Maintain documentation for all reports and standard operating procedures. Support ad-hoc reporting requests and data deep-dives for leadership teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 35 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in retail or jewellery industry. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.). Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint – ability to design executive-level presentations with charts, graphs, and narratives. Knowledge of Power BI , Tableau, or similar BI tools is an added advantage. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
