Strong In-House Finance Professional with Core Accounting Experience Must have 3+ YOE (if CA) or 5+ YOE (if MBA Finance) in core finance roles within in-house finance teams (not consulting) Must have hands-on experience in general accounting, monthly/yearly closings, financial reporting, and statutory audits. Must have experience in managing payroll and exposure to compliance and internal controls.
