Job Description

To drive sales and business development activities for pharmaceutical formulations in assigned international territories, specifically the African Market and ROW, ensuring achievement of revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Achieve sales targets and business growth in the African and ROW markets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
  • Drive brand awareness and product penetration strategies across the target markets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Regularly engage with customers for order generation and relationship strengthening.
  • Handle and respond to customer queries promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from all clients in assigned territories.

Operational & Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and regulatory teams to ensure timely execution and dispatch of export orders.
  • Monitor and follow up on production schedules, inventory availability, and shipment timelines.

Market Intelligence & Product Strategy:

  • Work closely with customers to understand market needs and identify new product opportunities.
  • Gather and share competitive intelligence and customer feedback for strategic planning.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare and manage Proforma Invoices and export orders in ERP.
  • Maintain comprehensive sales records including:
  • Sales reports and MIS
  • Export order reports
  • Payment collection reports and projections

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulations and international markets, particularly Africa & ROW.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
